Calling for Nominations from Persons with Disabilities

Hope you all are safe, hale and hearty, we are aware you all may be in worried state of mind due to unfortunate attack of Covid-19 virus. But still we have won the three fourth of the battle and now we are in 4 stage of our lockdown. As our Hon.Prime Minister said *Scientists say that the novel coronavirus will be a part of our lives for a very long time. But we can't let our lives remain confined around it. We will wear masks and maintain social distancing but we will not let it (the virus) affect us.- So. we all have to make a habit of going headlong and to bring our lives to normal.

No need to state NGF a well-known PAN India. NGO engaged in the activities pertaining to getting rights and dignity for persons with disabilities, entering its Sixth year of National Dhyeyapurti Puraskar. For this NGF is inviting the entries/nominations from all over India. for the coveted awards to be presented to the selected ones at a red carpet fabulous function to be held in the month of Dec 2020 in Thane / Mumbai, in the hands of eminent & idolic personalities. The basic eligibility of the applicant to be considered for the nominations should be that the candidate in spite of his/her disability of all 21 categories should have done/achieved something outstanding or put his/her skills to the best use and achieved in his/her life/profession what any other normal person may not even think of doing. It can also be an outstanding task which has made difference to the others/society Any type of "Divyangaian- can sent nomination for the said award.

Categories of the Award:

• Individual category for outstanding performance (9 awards in various categories).
• Mai Lek Puraskar (माय लेक पुरस्कार)
• Kautumbik Puraskar (Two or more members in the family are disabled)
• Sanstha Puraskar (संस्था पुरस्कार) )
• Jeevan Gaurav Puraskar.(Age above 65 yrs for outstanding performance)
• Marnottar Puraskar (मरणोत्तर पुरस्कार) )

The interested candidates are requested to fill in the prescribed online torn on our link https://forms.gle/RhVitHi4IP29RgucJA OR send us hard copy of your prescribed form with their complete Bio-data/ Profile, Category /Percentage of disability (Xerox copy of authorized certificate).
